Beginning his journey at Humber College’s Chef Training program, Chef Rene's passion for culinary arts was ignited, leading him to embark on a remarkable career path. From his early days at Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale (formerly Delta Meadowvale Hotel and Conference Centre) to his tenure as Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Toronto Airport, and Executive Chef at Holiday Inn Burlington, Chef Rene's culinary prowess has left an indelible mark on every kitchen he's graced.

Born and raised in Brampton, Ontario, Chef Rene's roots run deep in Canadian soil. His love for hospitality stems from a desire to create memorable experiences, where guests feel embraced by warmth and sincerity. Beyond the kitchen, Chef Rene finds solace in the great outdoors.
